new bike setup

As I mentioned in another thread, I'm getting a Breadwinner A-Road Bread and Butter bike. Steel with Enve carbon fork. Here's the pertinent setup:
SRAM Force e-tap AXS 2X12, 46/33, 10-36 (I know I don't need a 10 for anything)
Astral Luna Carbon wheels with Rene Herse Orondo Grade 31mm tubeless tires
Easton bar, stem and post, bar and post carbon
Berthoud saddle and mirror
Standard blue paint job with stem and post painted to match

The bike's being built now!

"Bet cha dont need the 36 either."

Bet cha your are wrong there. I think Dan's got a plan just for it, not all that low 25 GI the 33/36 will be.

I have a 28/34 on a few and use it on occasion with disc bikes 4-5 lb heavier than the EP. Yet the Nago EP 34/29 gets me up hills @ pretty good pace. That bike is a goat...

For me the problem isn't legs or lungs, my hips hurt pushing my fat ars up longer hills at pace faster than pitiful generally. Seems the low BB bikes and climbing my hips complain.

Yeah I think I'll use the 36. I could have gotten a 48/35 but went with 46/33 up front.

If I do the hilly rides as I intend, I suspect the low will see lots of use. Not to mention if they're at altitude...

Nice, I've been loving my AXS drivetrains. Even put Rival on my trainer for consistency. Makes 30s on/off intervals way easier than mechanical
