Anyone else enjoy FIFA Womans Championships
For a few decades now I watch the Championships. Maybe like Lance got lots of Americans watching the TDF the US Soccer Team/game has got me. But I don't just watch the their matches, although I don't miss them for sure.
Watched Brazil v Panama yesterday. Make me wonder how US could beat Brazil unless the get on the pipe and stay there. And these early games they aren't risking the real talent either. ;)
I've tried to watch men's soccer and just can't do it. The gals games are so much cleaner and the foul drawing theater practically nonexistent comparatively.

While I am at it, TDF Femmes? Anyone else watching.
FWIW, I do the on demand versions and do a lot of skipping. Not giving up riding time for these in the best July weather here since early teens when we got here. Teens, as in 2013-17, high here yesterday with some cloud cover, low 70s.. Well I had are warmers on when I started out.. Got caught in some drizzles...

I'm not interested in soccer, but I have been watching the TDFFaZ. The first two stages weren't particularly exciting and stage today started as a snooze-fest, but the last third of today's stage was a real nail-biter and quite entertaining. I do wonder about the quality of the Directeurs Sporif of the women's teams, as some of their tactics seem bizarre. Nonetheless, it's bike racing and having that available to watch is always a good thing.

Thanks Brian, now I know where to jump too rather than hunt/seek. ;)
I kinda miss Anna Badegruber though. ;)
EDIT: Oops, Anna van der Breggen...
I forgot she is DS now too.. SD-Works, no?

The FIFA Gals worlds on Peacock live and on demand is Spanish Commentating.
Boy, I find the Goal Howling the commentators do extremely annoying. ;)

The last two stages (4 and 5) have been great, definitely some of the best women's racing I've seen.

Just noticed Erik Zabel behind the wheel of Canyon/Sram car. Courtesy of commentating heads up, not like I'd recognize him @ +50. ;)

Yeah, that was interesting. Stages 6 and 7 were really good, and today's TT could be very interesting.
That said, the questionable tactics by several teams continue. It seems that all the really good tacticians are in the men's Pro Tour.
