That sums it up pretty well!

The only thing that's keeping me from buying another bike is that I don't have any room to store it. I need to sell a couple of old MTBs and maybe my first 'cross/gravel bike to make space.

Then again, I could just build a shed...

We are converting the 1 car garage into the quilting room. The 12' long arm CNC quilter is setup short @ 7' in the sewing room until it gets into the renovated garage.

Glad the shop out back is 850 SF, all the bike stuff getting booted to the out back.

I intend to sell at least 6 this season, the shop space for guitar making takes priority.

The guitar making and quilting will be our vacation revenue funding streams going forward once Elaine retires.
