Moi?

A reminder that, as the new season unfolds, we have a reputation to maintain:

LOL...I'm already getting crap from my non-cycling friends about getting back into it. "We just started liking you again."

Yesterday...

Yesterday I stopped by my favorite morning place (a used bookstore/coffee place), and as I walked in, one of the bookstore employees was complaining to the coffee shop owner (a cyclist) about cyclists who slow him down on his drive in to work (TBF, he was also complaining about how there's a cyclist in the right-hand lane and a slow driver in the left-hand lane, but).

Anyway, hearing the whine, I walked in and did one of those "Is there a stupid driver in here?--oops, did I say that out loud?" things. I know the employees there well, so it was an obvious joke/jibe, but we got into some discussion about riding in the Greater New Haven area and who fails to brake at stop signs and red lights.

As an oversharing, cycling, grammar corrector, I think I have a leg up.
