Sparky’s new bike

Guess which one (and check the tires):

I just rode the Team Issue Domane thinking, convincing myself just keeping this, maybe get some more 30mm or 27mm tubeless tubies for it.

And then this:

Thanks a Lot! ;)

Seriously, That be too nice for me to take near chip&dent terrain. I've only just started thrashing my 2015 Green Strong. ;) It got a clear coat craze going on where the seat stay meets the seat tube. Screw it, full speed ahead...

My favorite ride right now is the Helix Pro Disc, the XTR CX Carbon wheels with the 30mm Tubular Stradas really is about the best feel ever, and most well spent coin in quite a while.

C’mon

It’s from Montana, it’s built for abuse.

I hardly need a bike, but in a weak moment the Scarab might be tempting.

I dig the art on both of those. But I am enough of a Poser already...

Carl sent me this to show what Dark Matter Colorado has done on another of his builds.

"Our Design Engineer came up with the scheme and Ollie at Dark Matter painted it."

Spraky's new wheels:

Well slightly used.

Rolf Prima CX version with the extra pairs of spokes.

Your guessed it, Tubulars.

Strada LGG 25s, or Roubaix 27s depending on reviews and tublessness...

Quick test ride with the need a re-glue 23mm Vit CX/SC tires. Tires actually look as low use as the wheels do. Need to put carbon pads on calipers and re-glue before riding seriously. Probably won't re-glue these, rather just put on new tires

Those skinwall tars look nice on the LOOK.

The Tarmac had carbon pads already. So a deflated adhesion inspection followed by a 20 mile no leany turny ride. #happyhappy.
