Cars

I gave up on the Alfas.

I have a Tesla Y which is currently in NJ and I hope to get it by the end of the month. They bring it to my house on a flatbed.

When did you out the deposit for that Y? IIRC it was a minuscule compared to getting on the new Serotta list. ;)

Enjoy getting something so nuevo cookie cutter. ;)

I put my hundred down on the Cyber Truck. I may never get it, but I had to throw some fuel on Elon's bonfire.

Sweet

Duncan, you’ll look pretty badass driving that around Cape Elizabeth.

Sparky, I put the deposit down in November. It should be fun. Even the charger you configure with your phone. I have an electric lawnmower and chainsaw I love.

A good friend just got the Nissan Leaf lectik used. He had done up 1/2 his roof with panels and had a station put on the wall in 2019. His garage has a huge Tesla brick of Lithions mounted on the back wall. Supposed to power the entire house for a week including central A/C, for a week with no sun, more with.. He is 70 and decided to just test the waters with the 15k used Leaf. I expect a Tesla will replace the Leaf in some amount of time.

On mowers:

I just got this Troybilt setup last week after breaking another Home de$pot mower. I Had a Bob cat out back here and reclaimed 6500 SF from the briar last fall and have even more to mow now.

No lectricul mower for me. [grunts]

Module based, 2x blade mower deck, 1.95 bushel catcher...

And the power washer module. Moss takes over the walkways her if you let it. It took me 55 minutes to do what the lecticul power washer took hours, like 4hrs. Power being the key work on the washer module I found.

They sell a snow blower module, I fortunately do not need.

Everything in the orange is now lawn to mow. And that is just the back most portion of our lot, plenty out of the pic up and around the house [no in pic] to the left. That is the shop that had briar up over the roof 1/3 rear portion when we bought in 2011. There is still so much more Briar, But I am done and not taking out that last 4-5k SF.

2018 sat pic after we already hacked out a lot.

This is the 2008 pic from an early listing, by 2011 the Briar climbing on the roof was 10" on roof front to back on left side.. Quite a few trees of the volunteer seeded variety also had come out in phase 1-2.

So last years Bobcat fest was stage 3 removal..
