Are gravel handlebars just wide Rando bars?

I un-geared [mostly] the Molteni Merckx. I had a few pairs of Nitto Rando bars that came in a box of parts, and figured I'd try these.

Automatix 2x hub pseudo SS pretty much. Your knees will thank you. ;)

I did a 30 mile, mostly in the higher gear of 78 GI. The pre-shift gear is 55GI, nice for the stops/x-ing restarts.

The bars are narrow at the hoods, and flare out quite a bit. I have never ridden Rando bars before and found them very comfortable. And long flats on the bottoms/drops was great and spent a lot time down there.
