Sparky? Pacenti rim deal

I seem to remember you had some trouble but if I'm wrong please excuse.

Thanks for this, I have been periodically googling hoping for a recall on the SL23 V1s I could hop on board.

I will contact them about this.

Just got off the phone with Like Humphreys in the UK.

So remedy wheels in motion, expect follow up thread info. I made it clear the amnesty discount as advertised on the page was not going to motivate me to try to amortize the loss of the cracked and new SL23s on the wall here still.

Even though not high numbers of a wheel builder personally... He intimated they have guys with dozens of Kirk crap that they had not got around to seeking remedy via filing suite just yet, but intended to etc.

Thanks again for the heads up, I only got 8 bad MSRP 109.00 rims I got ripped off for, but still expected remedy at some point in time. Each time I see the cracked ones in the corner, the new ones still up on the wall etc. And waiting for the forth one to be needed on a rear wheel I still use....

FYW, Luke indicated awareness of spoke costs in losses from these etc to establish extra discount window. The new Forza which replaces the SL23 has different ERD.

Guess they decided to keep the name, not sure I would have. ;)

I'd heard that Kirk Pacenti has moved on, left the company in the hands of others.

Sold the train wreck. His business practices created IMO.

From a profit standpoint it may have served him. Now someone else can repair his name and he can do it again perhaps. But they didn't have to keep his name either, another business decision.
