You know you're in trouble when your body temp is below the dew point.

That joke works a lot better at the bottom of the page than the top of the next one.

Steam bath

The only place I could think of where this would ever happen is a steam bath or a sauna just after you pour water on the rocks. Dew points above 85 F (29 C) are extremely rare if not unheard of. I have tried to search for "highest recorded dew poiint" and similar and never found anything.
