I agree, this thread is tired and it's time for it to die.

Yeah, the personal sniping and retaliation are starting to look too "Trumpian", which should alarm all of us. Mea culpa. ;-)

So everyone who doesn't agree with you is "rotten" eh? SCREW YOU April! That's the kind of pompous, elitist bullshit that drove people to Trump in the first place! Keep perpetuating it and guess what you're going to get?

All from the same poster
So you're tired of your own "Trumpian" personal sniping within 4 hours?
(but not tired enough to delete it)

OK, children.... Let's just not continue in this direction. Easy to say for me as it isn't me this time round. ;) But letting such anti-decorum music out here spoils a great thing, lets try biting our tongues instead maybe....

OK, Harley announced Taiwan Manufacturing facilities.
So the economic genius to make America great again and keep US job... Blah
So Harley can market MCs in other countries without having to price said MC outta their own markets.... Blah.
How is this good for American chasing an iconic US manufacturer overseas exactly...
Am I missing something?

no time for facts and logic and nuance...only time to #maga #winning #bigly #trumpsteaks #artofthedeal
serious question: we have 1 TTFer that voted for IQ45 but doesnt support him (!)...and another inactive member that gives him a B+ (!!)... are there any more that actually support him?

Walter, this is a self-selected group. Far from a good representation of the country.
I know many more real person like Brian, who voted for him while proclaiming NOT supporting him. Though most see no need to use any “Democrat excuses”.
Granted, I work in Wall Street. So that shouldn’t surprise anyone for the more pro-Trump attitude. At the end of day, their votes didn’t matter because they didn’t carry the state (NY/NJ).
It’s in swing states like yours that it really matters. So ask your neighbors.

yep, i understand. just wanted to get a sense for how strong this echo-chamber really is!
"the Force is strong with this one"
honestly, hillary lost the election because of hillary's hubris and poor campaign strategy. she shouldnt have left it to comey's november surprise. although that didnt help.
but that's water under the bridge. today we have an incompetent class-A asshole as POTUS.

That is one of the nicest things one can say about him. Are you sure you`re not a secret admirer Walter?

Marc N - the news reporting here in the US gives us the impression that 45 has strong support in Israel. Is that not the case?

That unfortunately is true, and it isn`t entirely just the supporters of Bibi. Like in other countries, the Israeli population has swung to the right, with the government feeding their fears and bigotry. So of course they love him.The embassy move got him support from the center as well. What remains are people like me on the left who are against any unilateral moves, who think he is making a bad situation worse (if that is even possible), With a president like Trump there is zero likelihood that Israel will make any of the concessions necessary to get us out of our continual cycle of violence and war.
Having said that, my hatred of the man comes from seeing what he is doing in the U.S. and has nothing to do with our politics.
