There is no video...
...it's audio from a radio show. Note the file type when you go to download it: mp3
Don't feel bad, I was confused too until I saw this.
It's interesting that the second and fourth riders in the picture above are using bar-end shifters. I hadn't heard of pro's using them prior to seeing this.

If you want to view video on the iplayer web site, you have to get around the BBC's geo-blocking.

Video clips too, but the
radio segments (under Podcasts,)
there must be over a thousand, nine or ten minutes apiece. If you like the medium you'll come away spoiled.
