Bobke totally disses France and all French teams. Bazinga!

Regarding Oleg Tinkoff interview and Oleg's stance and threat to boycott the TDF.

Oleg: "Solidarity among the teams for ASO to be forced to share the wealth under the threat of boycott."

Bob sez the French teams will never boycott the TDF, so how far solidarity might go certainly stops there. Then Bobke sez: "The French would be content if all the teams boycott the TDF and just ride the race with the French." Laughing Bobke continues, "They might finally have the chance to win the race for the first time in 30 years."

Watch for news tomorrow that Bob Roll is beaten to death in a French hotel with stale petrified baguette.

Bazinga Bob, smokes! LOL, I fell off my chair...

Reliability?

I wonder if the current owners have done anything to improve Jaguar's reliability. Ford's ownership improved them from appalling to just poor. I wonder if it's any better now.

I remember the description of Jaguars: "Jaguar owners love their cars....through clenched teeth."

Jaguar hobby

Or, put another way, Jaguar owners already have a hobby - keeping it running.

Jags

I don't think that anyone buying a Jag is putting a premium on reliability.

I should talk. I'm hoping a viable Alfa comes to the U.S. Hey, the head badge is like a Masi!

4C

The Alfa 4C is getting rave reviews, seems pretty viable to me :)

4C

Yeah the 4C looks good, but I don't want a 2 seater. The Giulia sedan previewed I think looks very cool, but I don't really want a sedan either (and I'd probably pass on the 503 hp version previewed. :). If they get to a small wagon or crossover, and get a dealer near me, I'll be taking a look. But it's all pretty speculative at this point.

Jags

That orange color makes me drool. If they didn't cost over $100K for the big engine, had more than two seats, and could at least move one in the occasional snow, I would get one. I know, that's a lot of ifs.

I couldn't find any data on reliability in the U.S. Thats probably because they sell so few. 2014 sales of all Jag models combined are less than just the single model Porsche Cayenne sales
