You have seen my speeds in rural America. With the same cookie cutter systems and .1 of the users I routinely get speeds in excess of 25 on the download.
I guess good cycling roads and fast LTE are benefits of living in the country.

My 4G-LTE that I use for all my internet at the house via ATT phone continually surprises me.

Broadband. My DSL via (Last?)CenturyLink at home should cringe and slink away in shame. 13.64 download, 0.75 upload...
