Hi Bob, It is. Our battery life is 1000 full recharge cycles. Our 250Wh Li Ion battery pack have to be at least recharged once every 6 months (we recommend 3 for convenience). Range with full recharge in best condition, not counting regen, is about 30 miles. Best, Vincent
