Probably so...

I have noticed since getting the 60 Lumen Sufas Blinky I am getting noticed a lot more and a lot sooner. And I have most of the time using it non dark use so far. I keep getting home and thinking a cop just pulled up outside with the roof lights on when I get inside the house. Totally forgetting I have it on my helmet and in bright blink mode. ;)

It is so bright I think at night they may run me over because it hurt their eyes, just to shut it off. ;O
