Need a 1" threaded headset
Anyone have a 1" thread headset to trade for a treadless one?
Or dare I monkey a way to use this one, any advise on that one appreciated...
Is locking two nuts without a key washer OK to do with some loctite ?

I Do
I have an Ultegra HP-6500 1" threaded ISO headset in low-mileage used condition that's yours for the asking. I don't think it has more than 2000 miles on it and the bearing cartridges seem like new. The stack height is 37.6 mm so, if that meets your needs, it's yours.

Well, first thanks. If I sit the bottom of the Head Tube on the race seat of the fork, I have 38.1 mm to the top of the threaded steerer from the top of the Head Tube. I wonder if the stack of 37.6 is to the top of the top nut when installed?? Seem like it would, and I may even have to put in a small spacer...

You don't need a "key" washer...
...and most forks won't have a groove for one, anyway. If you have a non-keyed washer, I would use it, but even without one, I don't see any need for Loctite.
