Kidney stone, argh

Man, albeit a short pain event compared to broken bones. But seriously huge magnitude of pain. Seriously!

So glad this waited until I got home from Nashville Tues night. Imagine if this event happened on the plane...

Getting it pulverized with ultrasound or just toughing it out? Drink more water!

it was 9mm from bladder on CT. When i got wheeled back from CT they were about to do a 2nd shot delaudid. I said no, acute pain ceased. Dr said it is prob in bladder.

They pumped two 1 ltr IV bags into me and that got it past the ureter apparently.

Gave me flowmax, and I should pass it in couple days drinking lots of water. If it made it thru ureter, it should make it to exit solo.

If not, lazer thru urethra... fingers crossed...
