Slipping saddle nose..
The [new to me] Team Domane saddle tip kept slowly sinking down. So I take it apart for some alcohol cleaning carbon paste treatment.
Inside the tapered head of the seatmast clamp, on the mating surface, the bar code label. Friday parts output..

I find that, even without any label (to my knowledge), the bolt turns in further as (and/or after) I forcibly tilt the saddle to and fro. Some settling occurs in the assembly it seems, so the further tightening of the bolt keeps the saddle from tilting slightly in both directions while riding.
I at first wondered if I might by chance have had the carbon-rail version of the clamp pieces on there, but I'm pretty sure they are the standard-rail clamp bits.

There are both, the Team Issue bike came with a carbon saddle on the bike and the bits for round rails as well.
In this case it was spinning in the orbit, so to speak.

a solution
I had the same issue with the seatpost on a track bike a couple seasons ago. Replace the bolt and nut both with a hardened one (available from Fastenal) and crank the heck out of it (no worries about overtorquing) with an inpact socket allen on a 3/8 drive ratchet. problem solved

Not going to be the solution on a carbon modern seatmast cap. I think 15nm is max tension.
My cleaning after label removal with alcohol and carbon paste application seems to have done the trick.

Well
It was a carbon post with aluminum hardware to hold the saddle rails
