Lugged steel in the mainstream press

A Dutchman building lugged frames in the UK and using one of Don Ferris' jigs. He also has some fairly advanced tooling - he's at the controls of what looks like a CNC milling machine in one of the photos:

Only one bike in production at one time. And a lot of hands-on work. I’m sure it’s a labor of love and beautiful.

But can he survive on building one bike a time all by himself? How much does each bike cost to keep the machine shop afloat and feed himself?

My first though is Richard can't keep making frame forever. And there may well be a real place for this craft.

Personally, the lug design ascetic is way out of my wheelhouse.
