I haven't forgotten about y'all

Just not riding as much, those who follow me on Strava know I am running because of life and time etc. I am doing 5ks 2-4 times a week and some long hikes in the woods also.

Well, the dust has settled from my life events in January and my daughter and her family are financially sound do in part to many of you. The surgery has been paid for and insurance is covering her required meds very well.

Long story short. There is money, your money left over and I would like to donate it to https://www.kidney.org The National Kidney foundation. I felt I should let you know were every dime has gone and this will be the last remaining bit going there.

Thoughts?

OK with me, that's a fine organization. And glad to hear that everything has worked out for the best. I can't imagine what it must be like to face that sort of situation, and to deal with it.

For my part

That sounds great, though you don't need to account to me and I'm happy for you to use the funds however you or your daughter think appropriate. And I'm really glad to hear that things are going well for you both.

No worries. Glad "the rain is gone".

I would have been fine if you used to send your daughter on a needed mental-health getaway. That's part of thereapy.
