Himalayan cycling

This video is well shot and produced and well worth a look. Tackling what's supposed to be the highest road pass in the world: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mJ5S3uWv17E&hd=1

And a description of the ride here: http://northsouth.cc/rides/khardung-la/

Both are great. But the first one is so slickly produced it looks like the work of pros.

Yeah... slick alright, but feels too much like... just another 'reality show'.

High altitude cycling

Cool.

This is a description of a movie I'd like to see of a somewhat similar adventure by local guy Bill Yeo. I went into Bean's a couple years ago looking for gloves/mittens for 0F winter cycling, and Bill pointed me right to the Baxter Park down mittens, so I figured that was a good recommendation, and it was.

Not sure these rides would be for me, I got sick as a dog @ 12,000' in Colorado on the 2002 Don Ferris Death March.
