Cycling, exrcise research: ageing, sarcopenia, belly fat

Exercise  research:

Interesting radio program from Australian Radio International. Invited physiology / kinesiology researchers professors from UK and Harvard.
1. Ageing faster due to physical inactivity.  Exercise effect on ageing process & sarcopenia.
2. Cardio exercise vs weight training exercises for losing belly fat reduction? (the kind that's risky for diabetes, heart disease...)
