I just reset the pads and they shut up. I have a week of lunch rides and they are rock solid.

BTW I weighed my bike, as set up with Rival no less, it came in at 16.12 pounds. It would cost thousands more and not get but a pound or so more off of it. Of course it is free for me to lose weight but I am pretty thin as it is.

I will call it a good purchase. BTW there are a number of makers who use the normal nipple in rim design. American Classic is one I noticed recently. The design is fairly common.
