Bike storage rack

We've just completed building a new house, and as part of the project I got the builder to weld up and install a rack for storing our bikes. We used to hang them all from the ceiling at our last place, but with the height of the ceiling my wife wasn't able to hang her bikes up or get them down herself, whereas with them stored lower she can manage it no problem. The tandems have to still hang from the ceiling because of their length. I haven't yet installed some timber on top of the rack to make a shelf, and I still have to put additional hooks between each bike for hanging the rims and spare sets of wheels.

We also had a couple of small storerooms built at the back of the garage - one for storing bike parts, the other for storing helmets, bike shoes, raincoats, panniers, etc.
