My Lithion 2 tires were significantly heavier than advertised--271g vs the advertised 235g. I wouldn't recommend these as training tires due to the weight, I consider them winter tires.

How did they hold up and how was flatting overall?

I really am stocked on tires, but normally would try anything decent for under 20.00. Some of my best surprises were tire I got for $12-20.00.

Tires held up fine and no flats (I rarely get flats anyway). I would only recommend them as winter training/commuting tires though. They're pretty heavy and lack a puncture belt, so I think there are better options for a regular training or commuting tire.

For everyday riding my top choice is still Michelin Pro Race.
