Tesla driver blames new car smell for killing cyclist

See http://www.autoblog.com/2014/02/10/tesla-new-car-smell-fatal-cyclist-crash/?ncid=edlinkusauto00000016&ts=1392048816

"misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter" doesn't that sound like an oxymoron?

I hope a judge gets pissed at him trying to sell that BS and give him what ever the max is. Probably just a slap on the back of the hand anyway.

Right on, Sparky!

Another solution to the sleep problem is...He should get back into the car and buckle himself into the front seat whereby there is a metal prong emanating from the bottom of the seat and its wires run directly to the electric motor. Before he starts the motor, apply some of President Business's crazy glue to seat belt buckle and the permanently floored gas pedal.
