6402 VS 6500 Shimano hubs?

I am deciding on if I will put new rims on one of these wheelsets I have. 6402 or 6500. Seem to be the same weight, 10 speed cassette fit the 6402. Both hubsets have about he same miles on them. And have double butted spokes. ERD will allow same spoke to be used on either set...

The 6402 hubs were part of the Ultegra 8-speed group and 6500 were part of the 9-speed group but, unless the bearing seals are different, they should be identical.
